Advertiser Pricing

WordStream Keyword Management for PPC is available on a Software as a Service (SaaS) basis for a flat monthly fee. Pricing is not based on your paid search spend, and there are no hidden fees.

Advertiser pricing is applicable to companies who are engaging in search marketing to promote their own products or services. WordStream offers three tiers of pricing for the Keyword Management for PPC platform:

Details & Setup Fee

All editions carry with them a one-time $500 (USD) account setup fee to be billed in conjunction with the initial invoice/contract agreement.

Account Profile Limit

Customers may elect to split their keyword databases into two or more separate keyword account profiles, in order to separate keywords by sub-domains, micro-sites, internationalized versions of websites, etc. However, all account profiles must be owned and operated by the same company.

Keyword Limit

The keyword limit is calculated by taking the sum of the number of unique keywords per account profile. For example, if in one account profile, 1,242 people find your website though a search of "yellow t-shirts," this counts as just 1 keyword, not 1,242. However, if the same keyword showed up in a different account profile, it would count as 1 more toward your limit.

Contract Billing

We bill quarterly in advance, with invoices payable net 30 days. We require a minimum 12-month commitment and allow for cancellation for any reason with a 90-day notice period. Clients may opt to pay for a full year's subscription in advance and receive a 10% discount off of their monthly service fees throughout the course of that year.

Master Subscription Agreement

Use of Wordstream both as a paying customer or in a free evaluation mode is governed by terms and conditions set in the Master Subscription Agreement.
