Client Services Specialist – Search Marketing
Job Description
The Client Services Specialist will be responsible in assisting WordStream customers in both utilizing our Keyword Management Software and consulting on search marketing best practices. The Client Services Specialist will need a background in and be able to clearly explain how to manage PPC campaigns effectively.
Job Responsibilities
- Training and customer support on WordStream’s Keyword Management Software
- Training and supporting customers through PPC best practices
- Efficiency and organization in managing large PPC campaigns
- Utilizing SalesForce.com
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 Year experience in managing a Pay Per Click account
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Good organizational skills
- Prior experience using Google AdWords, Yahoo Sponsored Search, MSN Ad Center
- Google Analytics or other Web Analytics Applications
- Prior Experience at a Search Engine Marketing Agency
