Biography: Erin joined the WordStream Customer Success Team in 2011. She was immersed in the world of paid search and quickly became certified in both AdWords and BingAds. Erin and her team have consulted for over 2,000 paid search accounts representing a wide variety of advertisers and over half a billion dollars in annualized ad spend. In addition to training and consulting, Erin serves on WordStream’s Leadership Team, works with the Product Team to help define next generation SEM tools and manages our Solution Providers program.
Erin also a top contributor to WordStream’s thought leadership program. Her blogposts are regularly featured on the WordStream blog and she pioneered our video series, Ask the Experts. She has also presented at a number of industry conferences, listed below. Her crowning achievement is her participation in a Google case study on Enhanced Campaigns. For this study, she teamed up with WordStream founder, Larry Kim, to migrate and optimize her client’s account. Check out the finished product!
Education: Erin received a B.A. in International Studies with a concentration in Latin American from Kenyon College in Gambier, OH. She is fully certified in both Google AdWords and Bing Ads
