Location: 177 Huntington Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts

Reporting: Reports to the VP of Customer Success

Position Overview: The Customer Success Account Executive (CSAE) will work with Customer Success Specialists on the team to identify opportunities and deliver up-sells from current customers.

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to drive the success of our client base and pair their needs with current product and service offerings.  The CSAE will have a significant, direct impact on the growth of our customers and their lifetime with WordStream.

·   Identify leads from existing client base

·   Consult with CS team to verify and identify needs in an effort to focus efforts on the right customer

·   Leverage sales management tools including to track sales activities

·   Track deal pipeline, assist with providing periodic updates and sales forecasts

·   Process orders and contracts

·   Exceed sales goals

Role Abilities:

·   Professional, reliable team player

·   Bachelor’s degree (4 year) required

·   Minimum of 3 years’ experience in direct or telesales roles with proven success achieving revenue targets/quotas

·   Experience selling existing customers and/or services a plus

·   Strong organizational and time management skills

·   Basic understanding of the SEM industry and digital marketing

·   Proficiency with (or other SFA/CRM tool) and MS Office apps including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

·   Ability to successfully manage personal workflow

·   Ability to speak and write clearly and persuasively

·   Adaptable; this is a new role in a start-up environment

·   Must be authorized to work in the US

·   Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours
