Inside Sales Rep - Direct or Telesales Experience Wanted
Job Description
The inside sales representative is responsible for selling WordStream Search Engine Marketing subscriptions to companies seeking to automate and increase ROI using search engine marketing; essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Calling inbound leads, call lists, and other prospect lists that are provided.
- Respond to inbound sales calls, email inquiries (sales related) and online Web chat requests.
- Leveraging sales management tools including salesforce.com to track customer activity.
- Managing existing customer accounts, grow business by up-selling optional product ad-ons.
- Processing of orders and contracts
- Track deal pipeline, assist with providing periodic updates and sales forecasts
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in direct or telesales experience with proven success achieving revenue targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with SalesForce.com and MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- 4 year bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Compensation & Benefits
Base ($30-40k) and very attractive commission model with plenty of upside (should exceed $100k first year). Medical & Dental included.
