WordStream is a rapidly-growing software company located in Boston’s Back Bay.  Our mission is to bring the power of performance marketing to businesses of all sizes.  Our goal is to provide small and medium-sized companies a platform to acquire customers using paid search and performance marketing.

Your overriding objective will be to source, recruit, and acquire exceptional talent for all departments of Wordstream.  The successful Acquisition Manager will possess the intellectual and interpersonal capabilities combined with the business skills and experience necessary to meet that primary objective.

This high-visibility role will give you the chance to make a significant contribution to the company’s overall growth and success.

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:  

  • Bring the best possible talent to the company in terms of skill set and alignment with our core values.

  • Execute creative campaigns to source and attract talent to the company.

  • Provide continuous support of team leaders in building out their teams.  Own the entire recruiting pipeline including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and phone screens; working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and managing stakeholders through the interview process.

  • Act as the point of contact to candidates regarding interview schedules, follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and/or email, and facilitating the pre-employment process.

  • Manage job posts and job boards; build and maintain a talent pipeline.

  • Coordinate and/or attend recruitment events and career fairs and networking events as necessary.

  • Identify and implement ideas as to how to improve the recruiting process, candidate experience, and new employee experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.

  • Required a minimum of three years work experience in a position of increasing responsibility.

  • Previous Talent Management experience in a technology oriented company or recruiting agency required.

  • Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple tasks and requests.

  • Excellent problem solving skills are essential.

  • Ability to interact well with all organizational levels.

  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
