Still struggling to access WordStream? Try the following troubleshooting tips:

• WordStream is a browser-based rich internet application (RIA); make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash installed on your browser. Flash works on over 99% of browsers including Internet Exporer, FireFox, Opera, etc.
• Make sure you've activated your account. When you sign up for a free trial, the system will automatically send an email to the email address that you provided during the sign up process - it contains a link that you have to click on in order to activate your account. If you didn't get the email, check your spam filters.
