Biography: Like most PPCers out there, Erin’s path to PPC expertise was anything but direct. Post college, her goal was to work in the non-profit world and eventually pursue a master’s degree in Social Work. After several twists and turns, Erin joined the WordStream Customer Success Team in 2011. She was immersed in the world of paid search and quickly became certified in both AdWords and Bing Ads. She has now consulted for a wide variety of advertisers, with account spends ranging from $200 to $96,000 per month. In addition to software training and consulting, Erin partners with the Product Team to manage PPC Labs, a usability testing program. She is also a regular contributor to the WordStream blog .
Erin’s crowning achievement is her participation in a Google case study on Enhanced Campaigns. For this study, she teamed up with WordStream founder, Larry Kim, to migrate and optimize her client’s account. Check out the finished product !
Education: Erin received a B.A. in International Studies with a concentration in Latin American and the Caribbean and completed a discipline in Religious Studies from Kenyon College in Gambier, OH. She is fully certified in both Google AdWords and Bing Ads
