Howard Kogan is WordStream's CEO. He joined WordStream in June 2017 and is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations and strategy with a focus on rapid growth. Prior to joining WordStream, Howard spent seven years with C Space, a customer agency owned by Omnicom, serving as President of the Americas region, Chief Technology Officer, and most recently as global Chief Operating Officer leading product innovation, technology development, and acquisitions.
Howard holds a BS in Computer Science & Mathematics from Binghamton University, an MS in Software Engineering from Boston University, and a Certificate in Corporate Strategy from MIT Sloan.
Patrick Heath is WordStream’s Senior Vice President of Engineering. Patrick is responsible for leading WordStream's engineering team, delivering high-quality products and driving innovation. Patrick strives to build high performing teams committed to delivering new technology at a rapid pace while maintaining a high level of quality for end users.
Prior to joining WordStream, Patrick worked at Isobar, where he supported numerous clients, building custom solutions across ecommerce, content management, social and mobile projects. At Isobar Patrick played a number of key roles including Managing Director, Executive Technical Director, and SVP Client Partner.
Lucy Lemons is WordStream’s Vice President of People Success. She is responsible for providing WordStream employees an incredible professional experience as a means to drive value for customers. She began her career as a market researcher and has held a variety of people-related roles in organizations over her career including in Learning, Organizational Development, Business Partnering, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
Polly MacIsaac joined WordStream in December of 2018 as Senior Vice President of Customer Success, responsible for the post-sales relationship between customers and WordStream’s software and services. A true believer in the power of putting the voice of the customer at the center of the business, Polly has made a career out of consistently delivering growth for companies of all sizes. Most recently, Polly was a Managing Director at C Space, a customer agency owned by Omnicom. From local SMBs, to start-ups, to massive global brands like Coke, Under Armour and Walmart, she has a passion for forging strong client relationships and building high performing teams that knock the ‘client experience’ socks off. Polly is an avid hiker, a fresh air and fitness fan and a mom to 3 busy kids.
Laura Taylor is WordStream’s Senior Vice President of Marketing. On any given day Laura can be found fine-tuning WordStream's very own PPC campaigns, generating powerful email marketing campaigns and landing pages and continually evolving our website.
Laura is responsible for the entire journey of a prospect from arriving at our website, to providing tools for a prospect to consider our platform, to purchasing, and ultimately starting their relationship with WordStream. She is passionate about making all WordStream's touch-points world-class and on brand and to elevate WordStream products and offerings to a best-in-class user experience.
Steve Tremblay joined WordStream as Vice President of Business Operations in August 2017. He is responsible for the company’s operating systems and processes that enable the organization to scale and work efficiently. Most recently, Steve served as Vice President of Finance at Onshape, and has previously held senior financial and operational roles in a number of software companies, including Objective Logistics, ClearForest, and Siebel. Outside the office, Steve is a proud board member on the Burlington Community Scholarship Foundation Dollars for Scholars, and enjoys coaching youth soccer and basketball.
Kristen Yerardi is WordStream’s Senior Vice President of Product. Kristen joined WordStream in November of 2010 to build a world-class client services organization through developing training modules on the product, providing ongoing support materials, and ensuring our internal processes deliver efficient and effective resolutions to client issues. Kristen has led teams as large as thirty-five and as small as four throughout her 15-plus years of focusing on delivering exceptional experiences to customers. In 2018, Kristen took over the role of SVP of Product.
